There are numerous events, in a variety of formats, which help us learn more about the healing power of prayer:
Local
Our Sunday services are open to the public. They consist of prayer, hymns, a professional singer's spiritual solo, and readings from the Bible and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. The readings are studied during the prior week and so are called a Lesson-Sermon. This same Lesson-Sermon is heard in every Christian Science church around the world.
Our public Reading Room is open right before and right after Sunday Services, and upon request. It is a place where in-depth questions can be probed or discussed. It is a wonderful place to meditate and foster individual spiritual growth. There are many resources here, including the Weekly Bible Lesson.
Online
A good online resource is Christianscience.com, which includes articles and other study resources on spirituality, wellness, self / identity, relationships, career / workplace, financial security, and current events. Articles are available in both English and Spanish.
